John has the distinction of being one of the very few home inspectors who successfully completed the State of New Jersey's home inspector licensing program. This rigorous formal training program was introduced in order to ascertain that home inspectors were thoroughly prepared. Once implemented, however, the state found it necessary to ease the licensing requirements because they proved to be far too difficult and demanding for many.
Not for John Martino.
John went over and above the program requirements, completing 63 field-training inspections. Additionally, he completed 250 mentored home inspections as a licensed associate NJ home inspector.
