John was absolutely professional, well equipped and very well informed. He was on time and took good 4-5 hours to inspect the entire house without any rush. He kept me updated and explained me what he found, why that is an issue. John was absolutely amazing. He went step by step through the entire inspection and explained everything in a very clear and understandable way. He was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout the process. What really stood out is that John only inspects one house per day, so he was never in a rush and was incredibly thorough. We used John's services for two different home purchases as first-time buyers, and we're glad we did. On our first property, his inspection was extremely thorough and identified multiple sources of water intrusion throughout the house indicating poor overall maintenance. He also conducted air samples and swabs for potential mold, which both came back positive. He handled the sewer scope, WDI inspection, and radon testing as well. Ultimately we were not able to come to an agreement with the sellers on repairs and walked away from that property - his inspection was instrumental for that. We came back to John for the second property, which we ended up closing on. Once again, his thoroughness identified issues that allowed us to negotiate appropriate credits with the seller. Both times, he provided detailed reports the next day and was very responsive when we had follow-up questions.
